How to be centered?



My question is to you: What do you do to be centered in your daily life? Why do we need it?

In this fast-paced working life, we are too busy accomplishing our daily chores in such a way that we do not feel centered sometimes. My question arises here: how to be centered, then?

And I think there is a great need to understand that if you are not centered, you are not able to live your life fully.

We all go out for work daily and get back in the evening or late at night. Why don't we continuously work? The answer is that we all need to live a balanced life. Isn't so?

After a workout, all we need to do is rest for a while. The same way, we need to be centered if we really want to live a good and peaceful life.

So, how is it possible to be centered?

In my opinion, more often than not, we are not focused on doing anything and do not pay attention to getting an answer to it.

What is there that does not let us focus? Whenever I feel unfocused or not centered, I do what I like to do. It could be any activity you love to do or spending time with yourself so that you can acknowledge with whom you are not focused. It is like, if it is done with love, the same comes up in doing what you do not like to.

In doing so, we are close to ourselves, and we completely lose ourselves in our tasks that bring peace within us. As a result, we are at peace. 

This way, our mind feels relaxed and light. This is a refreshing therapy for our mind and body that unites us. This way, we are organized to put our energy into accomplishing our tasks more effectively and being centered in doing so.
