We all concede that we have been told to change our attitudes, habits, and ways of doing and controlling our reactions to the external world.
Every day, we headed out for work. We have fights before get to work. Do we not fight? I mean since we wake up early to late at night. It appears to be a struggle for what we have experienced. If you could see that,.
Secondly, we prepare ourselves to travel in crowded buses or trains, have a to-do list as per official demands, and have a lot of tasks that are served at our desk. We also tolerate intolerant bosses and respond to too many calls. Between all of this, we feel irritated, frustrated, and overwhelmed. It comes with aggravation, usually from the outer world. And we struggle to maintain our internal tranquility.
In this way, many people forget to keep themselves happy, and when they return home, they find the place where the problems dwell.
This is so because, despite our best efforts, we have not discard our externalities. And the only way we can do that is by fully experiencing and surpassing them.
A major part of our issues arises from our worries about making a fool of ourselves, being exposed as dumb, being unable to talk effectively, having our past exposed, and so on.
Therefore, we are always unhappy with ourselves when we project an image that is not based on reality.
It is imperative to prick that image by learning to accept ourselves as we are. Learn to be with all flaws, shortcomings, and frustrations, and then we may feel better.
Through this, we must learn that unless we are all at peace from within, we cannot be at peace with the external world.
It's to be remembered that our journey only starts with the external world, where the real problems lie.
