Hey there! 😊
Do you ever listen to the voice inside your head saying that you are not enough? Doesn't it feel like something is constantly challenging your worth? If you feel this way, don't worry - you are not alone. ❤️ Everyone has been in your place at some point. But the truth is that voice is wrong.
You are doing good enough. You are the best in your own way. If nobody tells you, then believe in yourself. You have so much potential that you ever imagine. Trust in your capabilities - they will take you a long way.
I know, I know..... when life gets overwhelming, it is hard to rely on ourselves. Even giving up seems like the easiest way. But don't worry - you can find a way to come out of your self-doubt. So, lets grow out of it together.
1. Recognize what triggers you.
Just try to identify what triggers your doubts. Is it something when you try something new? Or something when you commit some mistakes. Recognizing what triggers you can be the first step to shutting it down.
2. Change the story.
Take one doubt at a time on you, challenge it. Challenge doubts by proving them wrong – saying what if I win. Just understand you have power to reframe your failure into growth.
3. Try to celebrate your wins.
Whether big or small wins – all counts.
4. Take a challenge head on.
Challenge yourself to grow out of your self-doubt. Prove them wrong by taking small steps at a time. Your small steps can create a big difference.
5. Write a journal.
Create a note of your strengths and weaknesses. Add every good comments, compliments & failures. Now think how you defeat your failure into growth. Remind yourself – how far you’ve come. Say it out loud.
6. Treat yourself with kindness.
Why not you become your own friend? Try to offer yourself the same kind words and patience as you show others.
💭 You know, self-doubt will always come your way. But you have the power to grow out of it. Just remind yourself that you are growing & improving every day.
So tell me in the comments, what’ll you do to kick self-doubt out of your way? Write it down, and let’s grow out of self-doubt together.😊
