How to handle your emotions, feelings and thoughts?
All these emotions, feelings & thoughts throughout the day we encounter daily. These are imposed on our mind in such a way that we find ourselves caught up in such a cycle where we tired of thinking all of this.
Many of us feel that as we pass our day, we all are with lots of thoughts, emotions within our mind. And in that way we do not perform our tasks as good we can. Don’t you think so?
Then the questions come up how to be calm & get rid of those thoughts. Many times, we relate them with our problems, situations all around the day. While thinking so, we find ourselves in them but do not find or search for its solutions. Why it happens?
It happens because we always caught ourselves into our thinking what happens around us. Through that we indulge in our own thinking that we do not look for solution. It is because we do not see our emotions, feelings, or thoughts, how they occupied us that we find entangled ourselves.
When you get caught up in our thought process, a process of thinking begins and this way we become tired, lethargy in doing whatever we do so. It happens when we put our energy into thinking of those what comes or running inside our mind. Doesn't it happen?
The best way to look at this that there is something bothering our mental health. Maybe we find ourselves in an unorganized way. So, there is need to bring balance in whatever situation, stress or anxiety we are.
Another way to discover that there is no order of placing what comes to mind.
In other words, there is need to organize our thoughts, feelings and emotions as we manage our external and inner world. 
Finding some time and doing some activities/hobbies that you really enjoy the most and also help you to be at ease i.e., reading, singing and workout etc. While doing so, we can handle our uncontrollable thoughts, and let organize them in a better way. As a result, it might bring you peaceful mind.
