What is the mind, and how does it work?
What we chatter within our minds is mind. We call it. Is it really mind?
From day to night, we keep saying to ourselves something, and that chattering keeps going all the time without control.
Many people keep chattering about something inside their minds. And I have also been one of them. That’s why it has become so important to me to know why it happens and how it comes to an end.
Through this, I have come to know that I really need to understand the mind. It's not about my mind; it's about the minds of all.
Don't you ever feel chatter inside your mind? Did you ever try to know what it was? Did anyone try to find the reason? I think we all do not feel it is important to inquire about it.
The mind, whether it's consciously or subconsciously, chatters something on the basis of language. Did we ever try to stop this chatter?
Our thoughts, emotions, and feelings automatically work inside our minds. Chattering goes on all day. If we are hurt and insulted by others, we only recognize ourselves with their approval. Through others approval, we get to feel recognized and connect our happiness with those things.
It happens because we believe in what others say and in our own thoughts, beliefs, stories, assumptions, etc.
If we change the information that we process in our minds, can't we change our mindset?
Even we do not find the reasons and solutions to those chattering. There is nothing that cannot be controlled at the level of the mind. For that purpose, we must first understand the mind.
Many times, we call the mind our thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Isn’t it? We all define our minds by this, and we get confused. Do we really know what the mind is? What are our thoughts, emotions, and feelings?
In simple words, the mind is a language that we know, and on that basis, we keep chattering within ourselves. If we ask ourselves what we are chattering about inside us, our minds go blank. Why does it happen? We never question our minds. That's why chattering inside our minds never comes to an end.
At the end, we come to know that this chattering is nothing other than the language.
