Silence is a power
When we decide to do something, it is silence that unites our mind and the body.
In other words, silence puts our soul into an activity or doing, guides us in the right direction, and that helps to bring out the best in us.
Silence means being present in the moment. We want to experience silence because we are always occupied our minds with something. It is silence that helps us free from a clutter mind. That mind, which is always full of information and thoughts. As we know, our mind works like a machine that engages our body in an activity without knowing to stop it.
Doesn't it happen that way?"
Then the question arises: how can we experience the state of being silent?
For having a state of silence, we must have a clutter mind. It is like the one who understands silence, knowing the importance of noise.
To experience the state of being silence, he or she needs to sit with themselves. He or she would need to stay in the moment and observe without judging anything just by being involved in it. To get involved means be there to see as things are, listen if it is required, and speak if really important; otherwise, no need to do anything.
In other words, it might be said that when we embrace silence, we allow ourselves to see things without the usual interference of our own personal thoughts and judgments. This helps us to see the things as they are, even, if our mind is cluttered.
We may say, "Silence is not empty. It is full of answers.”.
