How Loneliness is Not as Bad as You Think

About Loneliness

Loneliness when we lack someone. Basically, it's the realization of having no one. It may be said that loneliness is a state in which a person really wants to be in the company of someone but does not have anyone for that moment. We all face this when we lose our loved ones. It’s a state of conflict when we want someone but do not have them.

In loneliness, we go through negative thoughts. Our mind becomes our great enemy. It forces us, making the situation worse and taking away our mental peace.

Why do we feel lonely? Have you ever asked this question to yourself?

I have observed that we feel lonely when we have no one with us. At that time, negative thinking starts and brings us into an overthinking state. We lost ourselves at that point and felt helpless. Even so, we are not able to help ourselves.

This is because we are all more dependent on someone for something. It could be any person, gadgets, activities, busy schedules, etc.

We do not pay attention to what we really want and even do not spend time with ourselves. We have never taught this thing.

We have always been occupied with someone for something. In other words, we do not feel connected with ourselves. We do not find oneness in life.

Now the question arises: how can one feel oneness?

Oneness is the quality, state, or fact of being one. We are busy chasing our dreams but never think of our loneliness, and it only becomes apparent when we get lost somewhere. Can’t we see oneness with all? Can’t we see things or people as they are? Can’t we ask ourselves whether we are connected or whether we need to feel connected?

And if we are all connected, what is there that connects us with each other?

We are made up of the same substance, but the common thread is consciousness, by which we are connected.

How do you handle loneliness? What should we do if we experience loneliness?

We need to understand that there is energy that makes things possible for all of us.

I think as soon as you know and observe this in your daily life, this loneliness comes to an end. And then you understand and feel connected to them all.

This would definitely help you understand that “you are the universe; you are not in the universe."
