There are many experiences or occurrences that bring difficult and distressing moments into our lives that create a constant sense of unhappiness.
No
one wants to remind themselves about their wrong choices or decisions, whether
they’re related to career, relationships, or other life decisions. It’s
possible that those choices might not have turned out the way they expected.
This
failing annoys us and keeps running inside our minds, reminding us of our wrong
choices. As a result, we criticize and trouble ourselves a lot.
We
hold this prolonged feeling of guilt, and it weighs heavily on our emotions and
mental well-being.
We
must understand that if anyone tries something for the first time, they might not
succeed. And whatever we try in our lives without prior knowledge, if we do not
succeed, it’s not a failure; it should be seen as a learning experience.
In a
real sense, our failures are not a guarantee of future failure. Instead, it’s a
stepping stone towards our learning and success.
It’s also
true that the process of letting go of what we have gone through is not easy.
But after going through tough times, we come to the right things. Isn’t it
true?
To
put it simply, if we’re burdened by the baggage of our past choices, we can’t move
forward and make progress. We need to let go of what’s happened in life.
