How to empty your mind Instantly

How do I escape the state of being filled?

In the last few days, I was trying to find an answer to my question about why I felt full of everything around me and how to achieve a feeling of nothingness.

After inquiring into it, I got the answer that we are in between lots of information, thinking of something, and repeating the same all the day.

My point is here to understand: Is information or knowledge our cause of filling?

Can’t we decide what information we should be surrounded with? Is information our problem?

Changing the information is the only solution to this problem. Isn't it the same as engaging ourselves in something new that is also some information or activity?

Can't we see that again we engage ourselves in something else to be in a state of emptiness? Don’t we do?

Here are some of the methods that could help all of us instantly become empty and free of mental clutter.

1. Constructively Thinking: Before talking about constructively thinking, I think we all must understand one's emotional thinking. This way, he or she would be able to recognize, control, and understand his or her own emotions, which may help them connect with others. Understand your thoughts and behaviors, which contribute to improving your well-being.

In the same way, thinking constructively means thinking positively about your surroundings and the world. You decide to interpret circumstances in a positive way that will assist your growth and development while reducing conflicts with the outside world.

In simple words, you decide and analyze these events or occurrences rather than responding to them.

2. Mindfulness: We all must have heard the term “being mindful." Do we really know what mindfulness is?

Mindfulness is the practice of becoming fully aware of the present moment when it comes to your mind and body.

It also involves your acceptance and acknowledgement of your thoughts and emotions to create a feeling of calm. It enables us to acknowledge our present moments rather than dwelling in the past or thinking of the future.

3. Avoid all distractions. It is an art form to make oneself unavailable when necessary and to withdraw to a quiet area to ponder so that one can work uninterrupted.

Maintaining a practice of discipline is one of our priorities. As a result, we choose what comes first. We reduce distractions as much as possible in this way.

It is important to think about when we have to make ourselves known to others and when to withdraw from them. If we don't often take time for ourselves to think, take time for ourselves occasionally so that we may fully utilize the power of focused thinking.

4. Minutes of Silence: Silence enables us to take a time to pause, slow down, and reflect on our experiences that are masked by the constant bustle of daily life. Silence is beyond our words.

When there is silence, you find yourselves free from all distractions and have the ability to listen and observe more intently on crucial concerns.

In short, if you comprehend something deeply in silence, you have the power to understand everything that comes your way.
