What I Wish Everyone Knew About Confusion.

 What is Confusion?


Why we got confused in whatever we do? Did you ever get into the state of being confused? What ways you find to come out of it?

Confusion is when we see the fact, and we think of something about it. It may be my opinion of the fact, my evaluation of the fact, my rejection of the fact, my evasion of the fact and so on. 

In other words, we may say that when we look at the fact without any evaluation and putting any point, then there is no confusion. Only then you can see what exactly it is.

If we know that a certain road leads to a certain place, there is no confusion.

We also find that these are our opinions, desires, ambition, beliefs, judgment & evaluation by which we are so weighed down. As much, we think we got into a state of confusion. And whatever action is taken out of confusion, that leads to further confusion. All of this affects our mind, body and produce illness.

This is why this has become important to get into deep what confusion is?

To acknowledge that one is confused, in a state of being in confusion. Can’t we see what our thoughts and perceptions are? Most of us are afraid to acknowledge the state of being confused. We find ways to get run away from it. But here is to understand that out of confusion whoever you choose, he/she must also be confused. Is it not?

I think to acknowledge oneself in the state of being confused & not act is itself clarity. But most people find it difficult because they are so used to doing, acting……….
