Meditation
Most of us heard the term Meditation as an activity, may be for
some repetition of words, sitting in a certain posture, breathing in a certain
way, repeating some sloka or mantra over and over again. We understand?
Don’t you think this kind of activity makes your mind dull,
stupid; and out of it that stupidity, we have a silent mind. Isn't it?
Why one is lazy? Probably you have eaten too much, talked too
much, walked too much, and have done so many things a day; naturally your body
speaks up when it gets up in the morning, is lazy. Because most of us do not
know how to spent an intelligent day.
The next day, you notice that your body is fatigued. Disciplining
the body is ineffective.
Whereas if you are attentive at the moment of eating, talking and
walking whatever you do in a day you find that body acts itself intelligently.
You don’t have to be force it to perform in an intelligent way. It works by itself
throughout the day. Its intelligence tell you to get up or not get up in the
morning.
And if you are attentive at least for five minutes to an activity
or whatever you do; you may see a difference in your day. So you begin to
discover your day or living a life of going to the office without this constant
battle because you have not wasted your energy but using it totally, that is
meditation.
