Depression
Depression
is a state in which someone stuck at something and at that moment he/she does
not know the way to get out of it. He suffers a lot, and by holding that thought
of suffering in his/her mind for so long. It might be that he/she is making a
story in which he traps himself so well and in this way he does not find a way to
come out of that. All this irritates, suffers and frustrate that person for so
long. May be through this he/she encounters his fear/insecurity/ low self-worth and many other issues.
He
falls in wrong perception of himself. Sometimes, it might happen that he/she
may forget his self-worth & just want to believe that and be there to
hold that story that’s been created on the basis of imagination.
It
may be reason of depression state when we expect much & do not get as per
our expectations. Then we feel depressed & also feel a situation in which
we blame to others.
If
really someone is seriously suffered the state of being depression, the way is only to consult the psychiatric & the
other way could be to deal with that person with love and care and just need to
listen that person.
The
best way to bring that person into the reality, out of his imagination.
Overcome ways:
· Whatever we hold just raise question
on that.
· Do not plot any story on basis of our
own imagination.

See the reality as it is.
·
Don’t hold anything which is not for
you.
·
To know your self-worth.
·
Do not give much value to anything.
