The Leader in You


There is no certain definition of defining the person who we call “Leader”. That’s really this article is all about to find it out.

If we see, each one of us has the potential to be a leader every day. Now the question is why I am saying this and on what basis it can be followed right!

First, the purpose of a leader must be clear and that can be different for different people, then we can say that they all are leaders. We can say so. But what we most of the people think that leaders are those people who are the most educated and may be at the top level. Also people may think that leaders have a certain thing in themselves, it may be a certain level of intelligence, a certain level of observation and experiences etc. and on that basis we may feel and consider ourselves different from them.

A leader does not have an identity that’s built by education, religion and character. There is something beyond to recognize as a leader. We need to go deeply to understand in the quest of a leader.

To recognize as a leader, there is definitely something that makes a leader different from others. It’s like which we may not think, see and observe what a leader can do. We may say that something is hidden for which we need to recognize. This way a leader is different from others.

In simple terms, a leader can be anyone who may be working in a small organization, the accounts executive, the middle manager and the person who works in a departmental store, it’s about who comes in your contact to learn and find a way to lead. May be now you can make sense who’s called a leader. Right!

Basically, a leader is who get others to do anything. And that is by making the other person want to do it.

What we see in our daily life work in offices, we come to office and manage what is offered at the table and what is told to handle. Usually, we deal with whatever problems are presented to us, and then we call it a day.

In this fast moving life, which is so unpredictable and too volatile also there is need to change the approach that is being carried since so long.

As change is already taking place & we are not sure whether all organisations are ready for this. What we call our leader are our managers, bosses who lead us may not be existed too much longer. That’s the reason we really need to redefine the concept of leader and his qualities in our own way.
